Red-hot TA in London!
Peter | London,
1994 Trans Am
Check out this '94 Trans Am, driving the streets of London, England!
Its notable mods include a cam with a duration of 230/236 and valve lift of .576/.570 (i/e), on a 113 LSA, TrickFlow LT1 heads, 30# Bosch/SVO injectors, and a TH400 transmission.
After several runs on the dyno, the best pull was 375 rwhp and 400 rwtq!
Peter plans to run a wet nitrous kit very soon as well--beware!
Peter's Testimonial (August 6th, 2008)
Following a fairly major upgrade to my stock LT1 Trans Am (cam, heads, injectors, MAF, headers, etc) I was in need of a custom tune. I found Solomon on the internet and from my initial inquiry to the final tune Solomon provided a first class service.
As we progressed through the process of unlocking the power in the engine each tune he sent me would register on my "seat of the pants" dyno and the logs backed it up. He turns around logs with a new tune in a matter of hours and his knowledge, both mechanical and as a tuner, are very impressive.
The HP and torque figures on the final tunes (375 rwhp / 400 rwtq
) are proof of what he can do and I would recommend to any enthusiast out there if you're looking for a tune and a tuner, look no further.
Above all of this though is his friendliness and wanting to get the best out of your car for you.
I hope that I can be a help to you, either with the tips I offer free or with my inexpensive tuning service. Use the contact form to get in touch with me!
1972 Nova (LT1)
About a year ago I sent my PCM in for tuning and I've been so satisfied with the results I forgot to write a review until now. I transplanted a 1996 LT1/T56 combo into my 1972 Chevy Nova. Normally I prefer to do everything myself, but I figured re-wiring the harness and adapting the car itself to fuel injection was enough of a challenge.
I don't know how the engine would have run with the stock tuning, but the fact that the engine started on the first try was awesome! The engine always starts on the first start, idles smooth and throws me back into the seat even with the 3.08 rear end.
Thanks for the great service and fast turn around. I would highly recommend your services to anyone.

Do you need a good tune, but cannot afford the down-time of mailing your PCM to me? Do you not have any interest in long-term tuning where you would need to buy your own equipment and tuning software? Now I can loan you one of my tuning kits to allow me to fine-tune your 1986-2003 PCM to match your individual setup, without you needing to send me your PCM. No more downtime, and a fully tuned vehicle!
